Accessibility

• We’re working to keep the conference as financially accessible as possible, free and very low cost cohousing, community meals, and some transportation within Detroit are available

• We will arrange for there to be quiet rooms available right nearby, and also separate from the conference space

• The venue we are considering has one step and the bathroom has a 27.5in door but we are open to working with people to find more accessible space. We are open to finding a new space (or putting in a safe ramp!) if this is going to be a barrier for people, let us know ASAP if this is going to be an issue and we will be in touch! 

• We are also open to helping with childcare arrangements, and other types of accessibility arrangements. 

• We will also do our best to make sure the food works with people’s dietary needs/restrictions.
